OSHA Roof Anchor Testing.

The Anchor Specialists.

At Atlas Anchor, we have been in operation to serve our clients with in-demand roof anchor testing services within the New York City construction market. We have provided our services for many buildings across New York City, including the One World Trade Center, Moynihan Station, and more buildings throughout the city.

Roof Anchors: Integral For Any Structure

Roof anchor systems are an important feature on many multistory buildings, skyscrapers, high-rises, and more. Primarily used to support window-washing platforms, suspended scaffolding for maintenance of construction, or fall protection equipment, roof tie-backs are integral for any structure where people typically need to access the building’s façade. These tie-backs act as a strong anchor point to help keep everyone safe and secure while working.

Ensuring your building is in compliance with OSHA, local and national standards.

To determine the load capability of your roof anchor systems, Atlas will only send out our most trusted and experienced technicians with the industry leading calibrated equipment, so you know you will have the most professional help possible to ensure your building is up to code, whether it is IWCA, ASME, or ANSI. We also meet OSHA and CAL/OSHA requirements.

During our roof anchor testing, we not only inspect the roof anchors but also the supporting base material, whether it be concrete or another material, to ensure the entire system is structurally sound.

When finished, we will provide you with a report that shows how the anchor system performed, including failure loads and showing how much your system can support.

This report will serve as your annual anchor inspection report in the event your building is audited or inspected by any of the above entities. This report is also crucial to provide to your building façade and window cleaning contractor.

Protecting People and Structures.

Using Atlas Anchor’s roof anchor testing, we can ensure your building’s systems are up to date with OSHA’s national standards, helping to prevent accidents, protect building personnel and workers, and ensure your building itself is safe.
