Herald Towers leased out the old Century 21 space to Imagine Exhibition, which is owned by HPX inc.  They produce Harry Potter Exhibitions worldwide. Their newest project is the Harry Potter Experience in New York City.  In preparation for the exhibit they needed to renovate the space at Harold Tower.  The architect wanted to use the existing lighting tracts to support cabling for the exhibit but was unsure if they would support the required loads.  This is because the building was built in 1912 and the concrete was very weak.  We were hired to pull test the existing anchors that held the lighting system.  The anchors passed the requirements and were determined to be suitable to support the loads for the exhibit.  This prevented the architect from having to design a new anchoring system, saving them a significant amount of time and money for the new installation.
