Description
We were hired by the solar panel installer to do pull testing on their solar panel post system that would support all of their solar panels on the roof. The posts were to be post installed into the concrete roof deck slab with 4 3/8” screw anchors. The building department of Jersey City wanted to ensure that the posts were installed correctly so they required the contractor to test 25% of 300 posts after installation. We were able to custom fabricate a stand for our equipment to enable to test post a system rather than the conventional way of testing per anchor.
