Moyihan Trainhall was a 1.6 billion dollar project that transformed the 100 plus year old post office into a modern day transit hub.  Atlas Anchor was hired by the electrical contractor to do pull testing on their Hilti drop-in anchors. The special inspector QCL required that all post installed anchors had to be pull tested to ensure they were installed correctly. This was per the New York City Buildings Bulletin 2016-005.  This requires all anchors without ICC-ES approvals and listings to be pull tested and verified for proper installation. Atlas Anchor pull tested over 100 drop in anchors for the electrical contractor to ensure they were installed correctly.
