Description
We were hired by the general contractor do pull testing on the 5/8” Simpson epoxy anchors that were anchoring down the Simpson Hold Downs to the concrete floor. These hold downs were fastened the wooden structural joists. The testing was required by the Building Safety Department of Fairfield, CA in accordance with the California building code regarding seismic applications.
