Description
We were hired by the general contractor to be the ACI (American Concrete Institute) certified special inspector for the epoxy anchor installation for the post installed anchor bolts. After the installation we did pull testing up to 33 kips (33,000 pounds) per NYC DOT guidelines for post installed anchors. The sign structure was going to be overhead directional signage for the Bruckner Expressway.
